Career Peer Educators
Career Peer Educators (commonly called CPEs) are a cohort of undergraduate student employees of the UVA Career Center who serve as a bridge between the Career Center and the student body. Career Peer Educators support their fellow UVA students’ career development by reviewing resumes and cover letters at drop-in advising, delivering presentations about career topics, assisting with career events, and much more.

Pre-Health Advising Peers
Pre-Health Advising Peers (commonly called PHAPs) are a cohort of undergraduate student employees of the UVA Career Center who serve as a bridge between the Pre-Health Advising team and students at UVA who are pursuing careers in clinical health professions. Pre-Health Advising Peers support their fellow UVA students’ pre-health journeys by serving as Teaching Assistants in the course ELA2610: Liberal Arts & The Health Professions in addition to providing support during drop-in advising.
