 Educational Housing Services (EHS) offers summer housing in NYC that meets the current needs of students and interns. 

At Educational Housing Services (EHS), we put community and quality of life at the forefront of everything we do. A not-for-profit organization founded in 1987, we host thousands of students and interns from over 150 colleges and 50 countries around the world as they study and work in New York City. We provide comfortable and secure residences and a comprehensive Student Life Program so students and interns can get down to work while enjoying NYC.

EHS offers flexibility. Whether you have an internship or class in NYC, or you're planning a virtual experience but want to live in NYC for the summer, EHS offers five all-inclusive residence options ready to fit your needs.

EHS offers peace of mind. All EHS residences have 24/7 security and follow guidelines that put safety at the core of our services, so you (and your parents) can feel comfortable. Learn more about our community health measures here. 

EHS offers community. Our hallmark EHS Student Life program — which brings residents together through events in the residences and NYC — still thrives despite the challenges of COVID-19. Our team finds ways to bring students together virtually and safely in person, such as gaming nights and trips to iconic museums.
