As the Assistant Director for Data & Technology, Nikki leverages her expertise in data-driven decision-making and technology management to enhance operational efficiency and support university-wide initiatives for the University Career Center and affiliate offices. Adept at integrating technology into events and onboarding processes, Nikki excels in troubleshooting, managing inventories, and optimizing workflows to meet organizational goals. My commitment to fostering collaboration and operational excellence ensures that the University Career Center continues to provide impactful support for students, staff, and partners across Grounds.

In this role, Nikki conducts detailed qualitative and quantitative analyses, develops innovative tools like custom surveys and data entry systems, and manages a significant portfolio of software and equipment. She also collaborates with cross-functional teams and career professionals on data projects, oversees the work of graduate assistants and student workers, and co-facilitate the UVA Career Center Assessment Team. By conducting benchmarking research and partnering with vendors, she helps to streamline processes and ensure the accuracy and integrity of institutional data.

Prior to joining the Career Center in 2024, Nikki earned a Bachelor of Arts in music from Longwood University and a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Higher Education Leadership and Administration from Old Dominion University. Professionally, Nikki worked for several years at the University of Texas at Dallas as an Administrative Project Coordinator for Residential Camps and Conference Services.
