UVA Career Center

Maeve Konouck serves as the Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (VTOP) Project Coordinator. VTOP, a statewide initiative, aims to expand paid and credit-bearing internships and other work-based learning opportunities for students. Maeve works specifically to connect UVA students with internships that Central Virginian employers are hosting. This role allows Maeve to interact with many stakeholders in the greater Charlottesville area, like economic developers, workforce boards, and small business development centers. 

Maeve graduated from the University of Virginia in 2022 with a B.A. in Medical Anthropology. Prior to joining the Career Center full-time, she worked as an Employer Relations Assistant within the office. In her free time, Maeve enjoys reading, playing pickleball, and trying new restaurants in Charlottesville.
