Kristi Rolf
Career Fellow Exploration

As a Career Fellow, Kristi works with the Exploration Community through logistics and programming support. This includes representing the Career Center at Orientation and managing Career Center outreach through first-year COLA seminars and other groups across Grounds

Kristi believes that experiential learning is essential for personal and professional development. Prior to joining the Career Center, she worked in the Offices of Admissions and Orientation as a student at Roanoke College. Kristi also conducted research in the psychology department which focused on sense of purpose in college students. All of these experiences gave her a passion for helping students find their place and thrive in college. She is excited to apply her experiences in higher education to serve UVA students!

In her free time, you can find Kristi thrifting, reading, and listening to as much music as possible. She also enjoys hiking and exploring the Virginia outdoors.
