UVA Career Center

As the Associate Director of Career Communities, Jonathan leads initiatives in support of students and employers, with a specific focus on the College of Arts & Sciences.

Prior to joining the UVA Career Center in June 2022, Jonathan worked as the Director of First & Second Year Initiatives at the University of Lynchburg. While in this role, he worked with first and second year students, as well as commuter and transfer students. Jonathan advised first year students (traditional and non-traditional), helped to create various programs designed to support these student populations, both academically and socially.

Jonathan graduated from Lynchburg College (University of Lynchburg) with a B.S. in Human Development and Learning in 2007 and an MEd in 2011 in Educational Leadership, Administration and Supervision.
