UVA WOMEN AT BAIN EVENTS
Bain & Company hosted their 4th annual Women’s Case Competition at UVA this past summer. This year, the event was held virtually, but in previous years, the event was held on Grounds. The event was held over a few days, and the prizes included were 1-st round interview spots for either the ACI or AC position with Bain & Company for winning team members!
In 2020 Bain & Company held the UVA-Women at Bain panel. This panel involved UVA alumna working at Bain, with the goal of educating women enrolled at UVA on the field of strategy consulting and to give students the opportunity to meet practicing consultants. The event included a panel session and smaller break out opportunities for students to connect with Bain consultants.

Mary Boyd “MB” Crosier graduated from the University of Virginia in 2019 with a degree in Systems and Information Engineering. She also had two minors: Engineering Business and Computer Science. While enrolled at UVA, MB was a Jefferson Scholar; a part of the University Guide Service and the Raven Society; a member of Pi Beta Phi and was a resident advisor. MB’s summer going into her 4th year, she was an Engineering Project Management Intern for Apple. Upon graduating from UVA, she became an Associate Consultant with Bain & Company. MB is involved with many of the UVA Women at Bain events!

David Fall graduated from the University of Virginia in 2015 with a double major in Economics and Political Philosophy, Policy, & Law, Politics. While enrolled at UVA, he was involved in the Moot Court Team at the University of Virginia and Delta Sigma Phi. David started as an Associate Consultant Intern with Bain & Company during the summer before his 4th year. After graduation, David was an Associate Consultant for two years before becoming a Senior Associate Consultant, and then a Consultant. David is now a Senior Manager for Bain & Company and is committed to the development of UVA students as an alum. In the summer of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, he participated as a judge for the UVA Career Center’s Propel project-learning based program.
