Peyton Robinson

Peyton graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2018 with an Economics degree. Peyton was a member of Delta Upsilon fraternity and worked as a video specialist for the Cavalier’s football team. He also volunteered for College Mentors for Kids and participated in the McIntire Business Institute program.
Following graduation, Peyton joined ALDI as a District Manager within the Frederick, MD division. He spent 4+ years in this role managing a 4-6 store district within the Baltimore market. Peyton also served on the division’s Store Operations, Warehouse, and Digital Operations committees before accepting a promotion to join the National Real Estate office in Dublin, Ohio as an Executive Manager in June of 2023. In his current role he handles the sourcing and price negotiation for non-merchandise contracts across ALDI US.
Theodora Glouharski

Theodora graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2018, with a double-major in Foreign Affairs and Spanish Literature. Following graduation, she joined the ALDI team as a District Manager in the Frederick, MD Division. Theodora cites the responsibility, autonomy, and community impact as the primary factors that attracted her to the District Manager role with ALDI.
Throughout her 4+ years as a District Manager, Theodora operated within the Greater Baltimore area, where she worked with countless stores and managers and oversaw the grand opening of two new stores in the market. Additionally, Theodora has developed and promoted many employees, trained six District Manager Trainees, and participated in multiple divisional committees - including the division’s Product Committee which liaises with ALDI’s corporate buying and merchandising teams.
In June of 2023, Theodora embarked on a two-year journey in the United Kingdom working as an Area Manager for ALDI UK in the Cardiff region as part of ALDI’s expatriate program.
