Victoria Parodi, a Technology Analyst at Accenture Federal Services, graduated from the University of Virginia in 2020 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Victoria was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and volunteered with Madison House's CAVS in the Classroom program. Victoria was a Teaching Assistant in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. She also served on Engineering Student Council, was a mentor for the Society of Women Engineers, and a capstone student at Rivanna Medical, a Charlottesville start-up.

She joined Accenture Federal Services in January 2021. Victoria is working with the Department of Education Federal Student Aid (FSA) where she is supporting the development of a Salesforce Application. She has earned her Salesforce Certified Administrator and ICAgile Certified Professional certifications. She is on the Events Team for the Technology Development Program and the Engagement Committee for the Department of Education. Victoria is also a part of the Development Workshop team where she facilitates lunch and learns to enhance technical skills. In only 6 months, Victoria has gained new skills and grown her professional career.

Vic Boardman graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2019 with a BSC in Commerce, concentrations in Management and Information Technology with a Business Analytics track. He was involved in numerous organizations and activities such as, Student Council Appropriations Committee, IFC Diversity & Outreach Committee, One in Four and Phi Gamma Delta.

Following his graduation from UVA, he joined Accenture Federal Services as a Management Consulting Analyst. He has been promoted to a Management Consulting Senior Analyst, serving as a functional lead on a systems development project. Outside of client work, he is involved as a member of Accenture’s African American Employee Resource Group.
