On-Grounds Interviewing
ON-GROUNDS INTERVIEWING ELIGIBILITY
Thank you for taking an interest in University of Virginia students! We would love to help you recruit top talent for your organization. Employers who are hiring candidates for bona fide jobs or internships may interview through UVA's On-Grounds Interview (OGI) Program.
To be eligible to participate in OGI, employers must adhere to the following:

Fall 2024 Recruiting Season
- Virtual and in-person interviews may be conducted Monday-Thursday
- A limited number of in-person interviews may be conducted on a non-football Friday
- Full-time and Internship interviews will begin on Tuesday, September 17th and conclude on Tuesday, December 6th.

Spring 2025 Recruiting Season
- Virtual and in-person interviews may be conducted Monday-Friday
- Full-time and Internship interview start and end dates will be announced in late 2024
