In addition to Career Fairs, interviewing events, experiential learning opportunities, and networking opportunities that are specifically for UVA students, the UVA Career Center partners with other universities for events throughout the year. Multi-school consortia events offer employers the opportunity to connect with students from multiple top-level universities.

ImpactLink
IMPACTlink gives employers the opportunity to meet, interview and hire top candidates from the University of Virginia, Swarthmore College, Yale University, Harvard University, New York University, and Brown University at one unified event. Juniors, seniors, and graduate students attend to interview for both full-time and internship positions. This event is open to all nonprofit, government, biotech, life sciences or mission-driven organizations.

The cost to attend is $300/schedule for business/for-profit and $100/schedule for nonprofits and government. Employers pre-select all candidates. There are 13 individual interview slots per schedule. Students are specifically targeting nonprofit, government, biotech, life sciences and mission-driven organization.

BioLink/DataLink Interview Day
BioLink/DataLink Interview Day gives employers the opportunity to interview and hire top Biomedical, Biotech, Science, Data Science and Data Analytics candidates from the University of Virginia, University of Pennsylvania, Brown University and Swarthmore College on one convenient interview day (schedule times can customized around your team's availability). Third-year and fourth-year students will be invited to interview for both full-time and internship positions.
