UVA Career Center

Noor serves as the VAM (Virginia Alumni Mentoring) and IPP (Internship Placement Program) Coordinator at the UVA Career Center. 

In her role with VAM, Noor focuses on employer outreach, leveraging the online platform and using a combination of technical expertise and communication strategies to enhance engagement between current UVA students and alumni, driving the platform's impact to greater heights.

For IPP, Noor connects with both local and remote employers to secure high-quality internships for UVA students, curated with the student in mind. She also takes an active role in student engagement, conducting interviews, and working with her team to carefully match students with internships tailored to their academic and career goals. Additionally, she has taken the lead in developing a comprehensive guide that plays a crucial role in streamlining administrative processes within IPP.

Proud to contribute to her Alma Mater, Noor graduated from the University of Virginia in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Prior to assuming her current role, she worked as an Employer Relations Assistant within the office. In her free time, Noor enjoys reading, crocheting, and early morning runs.
