As the Internship Placement Program Account Manager, Michelle is part of the team that connects students with over 300 internships in the Charlottesville community annually, through targeted recruitment, individual interviews, and placement with participating organizations and employers.

Michelle started in the UVA Career Center, as an Employer Accounts and Events Manager, where she partnered with employers in the consulting and professional services sector.  Michelle worked with her assigned employers by coordinating and executing their recruiting needs for on Grounds interviews, events, and career fairs.

Prior to joining the UVA Career Center, Michelle supported the Senior Associate Dean for Research in the UVA School of Medicine.
