UVA Career Center

As the UVA Career Center’s career counseling graduate intern, Katie works with students at all stages of their careers. Through one-on-one appointments, career programs, and drop-in hours, she meets with students from any academic year and major to provide support and resources. As a part of the Public Service & Government Career Community, Katie works closely with students interested in careers with social impact.

Katie is pursuing her M.Ed. in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Affairs Practice from the University of Virginia. Before joining UVA, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Christopher Newport University. As a member of the President's Leadership Program (PLP) and Honors Program at Christopher Newport, she found a love for leadership, service, and mentorship.

In her free time, Katie enjoys reading, curating playlists, and trying new recipes she finds on social media.
