@UVA: Fall Job and Internship Fair 2026 - All Industries [On-Grounds]

 

The Fall Job & Internship Fair is UVA’s largest all-industries recruiting event, connecting students with employers from corporate, government, nonprofit, education, and other sectors. Open to students of all majors, schools, and class years, this fair provides an opportunity to explore internships and full-time careers, discover organizations across a wide range of industries, and build meaningful professional connections.

Employers have the opportunity to engage with talented UVA students from diverse academic backgrounds, discuss internship and full-time opportunities, share insights into their organizations and recruiting process, and build relationships with students exploring a variety of career pathways. Students can connect directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and professionals, learn about organizations and industries of interest, and gain valuable insight into career opportunities, recruiting timelines, and the skills employers seek in future candidates.
