Elizabeth Wall

Assistant Director, Public Service and Government Community

As a Career Counselor, Elizabeth works with students from every year as they navigate through the various stages of their career exploration and development. She works with students in multiple capacities, including one-on-one appointments and drop-in hours. As a member of the Public Service and Government Career Community, Elizabeth supports students who are interested in careers with a social impact.

Prior to joining the Career Center in August 2019, Elizabeth worked at Indiana University as a graduate Academic Advisor at the Hutton Honors College. She also served as the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies Career Services intern, where she helped develop programs for students interested in globally focused careers.

Elizabeth studied History and American Studies at Christopher Newport University prior to completing her Master of Science in Education.  With her humanities education, Elizabeth is interested in exploring the historical context behind institutions of higher education and the impact that has on the present. In her free time, Elizabeth likes to read, travel, and discover new music.
