Aaron Meadows

Peace Corps Recruiter & Allied Health Careers Fellow

Aaron Meadows studied Exercise Science & English at Berea College (’12 Alumnus). During which, he published research on a biomechanical analysis of kinetic link coordination in The International Journal of Health, Wellness, and Society. That later earned him a position as an exercise physiologist in Frazier Rehab Institute’s locomotor training rehabilitation program for spinal cord injuries.

Later, motivated by cultural immersion in China, he studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at Shandong University of TCM. At which, he graduated with a PRC Master’s Medical degree (M.S.) in Acupuncture and Tuina, specializing in translating ancient texts into clinical practice. Working in that field earned him a seat as a council member for Bianque Medical and Cultural Research Society of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS).

As a result, he continues to enrich his knowledge of therapeutic modalities in conventional and complementary medicine. Experience in allied health as a clinician and dedication to medicine inspires him to provide the best advice on allied health careers as he can.
