Hey ladies! Looking to get into NYC tech? Need some inspiration? Checkout this interview  with Alicia Williams, the CEO and founder of FullSight Health Analytics. Her company aims to to use artificial intelligene to provide software for pharmacies in hospitals. Williams started out as a pharmacist. She was fascinated by the way that the computers could manage perscriptions and cut costs. She later went onto land a role at New York Presbyterian Hospital, meanwhile earning her MBA at Baruch. As she transitioned to the NYC Tech scene, she was drawn to the idea of a value-based care system for hospitals. In 2016, Williams transformed these dreams into FullSight Analytics. With this company, Williams and her team have been able to address important issues such as introducing efficiencies in drug cost for providers and the challenges leading to opioid abuse. Way to go!
