Wednesday November 15 from 12 pm-1:30 p.m..
UVA Law School Caplin Pavilion
A panel of experts, co-sponsored by Center for National Security Law and the Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security, will be exploring issues associated with international cyber activities. The panel is entitled “Cyber Operations: Is it Possible to Apply 20th-Century International Law to 21st-Century Cyber Capabilities (The Devil is in the Details).” All pre-law students interested in national security law are encouraged to attend.
The panel will answer questions about what constitutes a cyber attack and whether a cyber attack should be considered equivalent to an armed attack to which a state might respond with military force. Hope some of you can make it!
