Congresswoman Madeleine Dean (PA-4) is seeking a Staff Assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing flag and tour requests, overseeing interns, answering and screening telephone calls, managing front office and greeting visitors, driving Congresswoman when necessary, processing mail, maintaining and ordering office equipment, assisting Director of Operations, and performing special projects assigned by District or DC staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, administrative tasks, strong writing and organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced team setting. Pennsylvania ties and previous experience on the Hill preferred but not required.

Congresswoman Lois Frankel (FL-21) seeks a Press/Digital Assistant to join her Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include drafting press releases, crafting social media posts, designing graphics, monitoring social media, updating the website, and compiling daily press clips. These tasks require the applicant to be highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, excellent writing and communication skills, familiarity with graphic design and video editing software, and social media management in a professional setting. One to two years of experience in a press or digital media role (including internships) preferred. Florida ties are preferred but not required.
