Diversity is meant to be celebrated, appreciated and actively pursued. This is a sentiment that is well understood by the financial advisers at Morgan Stanley. In accordance with this, the company is offering a series of Spring Diversity Programs to Undergraduate students. Early Insights Programs

The Early Insights Programs are a series of one-day programs that enable freshmen and sophomores to become familiar with opportunities across the Firm, the business, and the culture of Morgan Stanley. These programs are offered to students who identify as women, LGBT, Black, Hispanic, Native American, and Veterans. Do keep in mind that these programs occur on different dates.

As a participant with the Early Insights Program, you will explore the financial services industry. All participants are invited to Morgan Stanley offices (all expenses paid) to network with employees, gain insight through workshops, and learn the keys to a successful recruiting process. You will also be offered the opportunity to opt into Morgan Stanley’s future internship recruitment process. They are currently recruiting for Summer Analyst Positions!

Divisional Workshops

In Morgan Stanley’s one-day workshop, you will gain insight into the recruiting process, participate in skill building sessions, network with leaders across the Firm, and understand a day in the life of an analyst. If you are selected for this amazing opportunity, you will have all domestic travel expenses paid to and from their offices in NYC.

Career Discovery Day

  • Date: Thursday, March 23
  • Description: This workshop is designed for students interested in Compliance, Corporate Treasury, Finance, Firm Risk Management, Human Resources, Internal Audit, and/ or Operations
  • Application Deadline: Sunday, February 19

Investment and Wealth Management Open House

  • Date: Friday, April 21
  • Application Deadline: Sunday, March 26

Qualifications:

  • Targeting students of all majors graduating between December 2018 and May 2019
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required, please include on resume
  • Applicants should have an interest in Financial Services and specifically want to learn more about opportunities within Infrastructure Divisions.  
  • Participating divisions include: Compliance, Corporate Treasury, Financial Control Group, Firm Risk Management, Human Resources, Internal Audit and Operations.
