The Truist Leadership Academy is a fully-funded experience designed to support African-American/Black undergraduate students in exploring their career interests and growing their leadership skills. Through this cohort-based program, 25 students from a variety of academic backgrounds will build relationships, engage with alumni, and grow their leadership potential. Students are not expected to have any out-of-pocket expenses.
