The Truist Leadership Academy is a fully-funded experience designed to support African-American/Black undergraduate students in exploring their career interests and growing their leadership skills. Through this cohort-based program, 25 students from a variety of academic backgrounds will build relationships, engage with alumni, and grow their leadership potential. The program features career development and networking opportunities, a weeklong trip to North Carolina, and individual career development sessions.
During the weeklong trip May 15-20th, students will get to stay in a hotel with friends, deepen relationships with one-another through shared meals and meaningful conversations, and build a community of support that will extend far beyond this program.
There is no cost to participate in this program.
Students are not expected to have any out-of-pocket expenses.
All majors are encouraged to register.
