Strategy Analyst

Allison is a Strategy Analyst for the Global Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities Program with The Nature Conservancy. Currently working with the Latin America region, Allison strives to assist in "securing rights to natural resources, strengthening leadership and capacity, participating in multi-stakeholder dialogue and decisions, and creating sustainable economic development opportunities."

Fashion Merchandiser

Lindsay is the Vice President of Merchandising for Tommy Hilfiger, one of the most well-known fashion brands on the planet. As her job relies heavily on trends and knowledge, Lindsay travels the world and checks in on affiliates to see what changes should be made for upcoming seasons. From there it's a multiple-step process involving designing, sketching, approving samples, and finally coordinating the store roll-out.

Marketing Manager

Ariel is an Account Manager with Pinterest, one of the leading social media platforms devoted to the sharing and discovering of ideas. Ariel handles disruptor partnerships at Pinterest, working with brands such as Warby Parker and Hello Fresh to strategize ways to maximize their advertising investments.

Financial Analyst

Nishat is the Principal of Restructuring and Special Situations at Capital One. Based out of New York, her main role is to oversee both asset management and restructuring and downturn preparedness for her portfolio. Morgan is the Senior Vice President of League Economics & Operations at Major League Baseball. Based out of New York, Morgan oversees the competitive and economic system within the sport of baseball. Tamara tells us she truly wears all the hats, from writing major grants and educating members to trips to craft stores for last-minute supplies.

Shawn is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Axle Payments, the "only integrated payments, collections, and financing solution for small freight brokers." As a chief officer in a startup, Shawn's role can change by the minute, from budgeting and hiring to developing the actual software platform.
