Enterprising people are often interested in persuading and managing others. They like being in positions of leadership and status. They enjoy working with people, influencing, persuading, leading or managing for organizational goals or economic gain. They would describe themselves as self-confident, assertive, persuasive, energetic, adventurous, popular, ambitious, agreeable, talkative, extroverted, spontaneous, and optimistic. The word Enterprising does not mean you must have entreprenuerial skills to have these interests. It is simply a category for a group of interests, skills, and values.
