Enjoy an interactive learning experience offered by the UVA Career Center in partnership with Deloitte, MidCap Financial, Accenture, EY, Capital One and more leading employers. Join us January 7-12, 2018 in Washington, D.C. for this new, residential program focused on building knowledge across multiple business disciplines and experimenting with different careers. Learn about, and gain experience with in-demand skills including Tableau, design thinking, project management, and analytics. Participate in lectures on the basics of accounting, finance, and marketing, and then hone those soft skills in case-based exercises with alumni coaches. The program is a great way to prepare for internships and it looks great on resumes! Full details are below:
Dates: Sunday, January 7th (Arrive by 4PM) - Friday, January 12 (Leave by 2PM)
Time: Each day may be slightly different but typically we will arrive at each location by 8AM and leave around 6:30PM. This is an immersive opportunity and case work will require group meetings back in the dorms.
Lodging: Students are required to stay at Catholic University throughout the duration of the program. All reservations are made by the UVA Career Center.
Program Fee: $650 includes food, lodging, and transportation around the city.
