About Kayo Conference Series
The Kayo Conference Series was founded in 2013 and focuses on building a community of women investors that network and communicate about deal flow, capital, industry knowledge and career issues. Kayo connects women through its flagship annual conferences, email newsletters, online community & digital content. Our summer interns will work with us this summer as we plan and execute our 3rd Annual Women’s Energy Investment Conference and our 5th Annual Women’s Private Equity Conference.
Kayo Conference Series is a small, entrepreneurial and fast-paced work environment. We are seeking talented interns ready to learn new skills and tackle big projects.

About You:
- Detailed oriented and well-organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and a problem solver with a positive attitude
- Interested in finance, business, entrepreneurship, communications, real estate, energy, design, hospitality, events or a related field

What We Want for You:
- Hands on experience in project management
- Training in marketing and design skills
- Exposure to key concepts in finance and investment
- Build relationships with a powerful network of women investors

What We Require:
- Reliability and commitment (shows up to work on time, communicates clearly etc…)
- Must be well-organized
- Excellent client service skills
- Travel required to execute events (1 week out of the summer June 10-14th)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign)
- Assist in planning all logistics and details for the Energy & Private Equity Conference
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, social media, email newsletters and website

Details:
Start Date: May 23, 3017- August 4, 2017 [flexible]
Compensation: Hourly with an opportunity for increase based on performance
