Diversity is meant to be celebrated, appreciated and actively pursued. This is a sentiment that is well understood by the financial advisers at Morgan Stanley. In accordance with this, the company is offering a series of Spring Diversity Programs to Undergraduate students.

On Wednesday, October 19, CareerEco will be hosting a Diversity Virtual Career Fair from 9:00am-6:00pm. The Virtual Career Fair will feature 40+ employers, across a variety of sectors, who are interested in hiring individuals with diverse backgrounds for internships and full-time positions.

Scholarship and Financial Aid Opportunities for Underrepresented Populations

According to the U.S. Department of Education, student loan debts affect minority students disproportionately: statistically they borrow more in student loans, are more likely to drop out due to problems securing funding, and are left with higher levels of student debt once they graduate.

RISE for Boys and Men of Color: PREPARING 100 Ph.D. STUDENTS AND PROFESSORS

As part of our RISE for Boys and Men of Color project, the Center for the Study of Race & Equity in Education is preparing 100 Native American, Black, Latino, Asian American and Pacific Islander undergraduate men for doctoral study and eventually for professorships in criminal justice, education, health, workforce development, and fields related to human services and social policy. Three cohorts over the next three years will each include 32-34 undergraduate men of color from colleges and universities across the U.S.
